William Sirignano

18 years of experience with the past 11 years at Blackstone Credit (“BXC”) serving as a Managing Director and senior lead originator with expertise in public and private market investing, risk underwriting, capital markets representation and sourcing and structuring complex transactions

Transaction team and relationship lead in deploying over $13 billion in private and opportunistic credit with a focus on the restaurant, hospitality, internet infrastructure, business services, technology and industrials sectors

Co-led the multi-billion-dollar Opportunistic Credit Strategy; contributed to the sequential build out of GSO’s then BXC’s private credit businesses; spent time co-leading alternative credit capital markets at BXC

Aided portfolio companies with asset management and cross-selling through partnering with BXC’s Advantage Team

Prior investment professional at hedge funds Satellite Asset Management and Karsch Capital; started career at Lehman Brothers in investment banking
